Effective Date: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Elora (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, products, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect or process the following categories of information depending on how you use the Service.
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, sign in, or use account-based features, we may collect information such as:
Nickname or username;
Email address;
Login provider and account identifiers, such as Apple ID or Google account identifiers;
Profile avatar or other profile information you choose to provide;
User ID generated by the Service;
Account status, sign-in status, and account deletion status.
You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use some features of the Service, such as cloud sync, saved content, history, paid features, or account recovery.
1.2 User Content
When you use the Service, you may choose to provide, enter, upload, generate, or save content, such as:
Text entries, notes, journals, check-ins, prompts, answers, preferences, goals, plans, drafts, or feedback;
Photos, images, screenshots, selfies, avatars, pet photos, outfit photos, travel images, or other visual content;
Audio recordings or voice notes, if the Service provides recording features;
Saved items, favorites, collections, private records, generated results, history, or app activity records;
Community posts, comments, reports, or feedback, if community features are available.
User-created private records, drafts, saved items, notes, check-ins, trips, pet profiles, beauty preferences, mood entries, or similar personal content are processed to provide the features you choose to use. Unless a feature clearly allows public posting, such content is treated as private to your account.
1.3 AI and Automated Features
Some features of the Service may use AI or automated processing to generate summaries, suggestions, classifications, labels, plans, reflections, recommendations, style ideas, mood insights, or other in-app outputs based on the information you provide.
Depending on the feature, AI input may include:
Text you enter;
Selected options or quiz answers;
Photos or visual content you upload;
Audio-related context or written descriptions;
Account-level app data needed to provide the requested feature, such as saved items, profiles, goals, records, or history.
AI-generated content is provided for general information, inspiration, self-reflection, entertainment, personal organization, or app utility purposes only. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, veterinary, safety, travel, or other professional advice.
We do not use AI features to provide medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, emergency guidance, or guaranteed results. You should independently verify important information before relying on any AI-generated output.
1.4 Photos, Visual Content, and Camera Access
With your permission, the Service may access your device camera or photo library so that you can take, select, upload, or provide images for features you choose to use.
Depending on the feature, visual content may include faces, skin areas, pets, clothing, makeup, objects, places, documents, scenes, or other visible content. We use visual content only to provide the features you request, such as generating suggestions, analysis, labels, summaries, style ideas, or saved records.
We do not use your photos or visual content to identify who you are, authenticate your identity, enable face recognition, or create biometric identifiers, faceprints, or facial recognition templates.
Visual content may be processed locally on your device or securely transmitted to our service providers only when necessary to provide the feature you request. We do not sell your photos or visual content. We do not use your photos, visual content, or generated results for cross-app tracking or advertising profiling.
You may disable camera or photo library access at any time through your device settings. If you disable these permissions, certain image-based features may not be available.
1.5 Audio, Microphone Access, and Voice Notes
If the Service provides recording, voice note, sound analysis, or audio-related features, we may request microphone access only when you actively use such features.
Depending on the feature, audio may be used to create a private recording, note, history entry, or user-provided context. If an AI feature does not actually process raw audio, the Service may only use the written information, selected options, profile data, or notes you provide after recording.
We do not use microphone access to continuously listen, monitor your surroundings, identify people, or enable hidden recording. You may disable microphone access at any time through your device settings.
1.6 Notification Information
With your permission, the Service may send notifications such as reminders, check-in prompts, saved item updates, subscription notices, account notices, or other service-related messages.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app settings, if available.
1.7 Purchase, Subscription, Token, and Credit Information
If you purchase paid features, subscriptions, token packages, credits, premium access, or other paid services, your payment is processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable platform payment provider.
We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials.
We may receive and store limited transaction-related information, such as:
Order ID or transaction ID;
Product ID, subscription type, token package, credit package, or paid feature type;
Purchase time;
Subscription status;
Expiration time;
Refund status;
Payment platform;
Remaining token or credit balance, if applicable.
Tokens, credits, or similar in-app balances are used only for the in-app features described in the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred outside the Service, and are not investment, gambling, betting, or money-making products.
1.8 Community Content, Reports, and Moderation Information
If the Service provides public or community content features, we may collect and process information related to posts, reports, moderation decisions, review status, removed content, or safety feedback.
When you submit a report, we may collect:
Reported content ID;
Reporting user ID;
Report reason;
Additional details you provide;
Time of report;
