Welcome to Elovia.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement governing your access to and use of the Elovia mobile application and the services, features, and functionality available through it (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by Elovia Team ("Elovia," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for an account, accessing Elovia, or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Elovia.
1. Who May Use Elovia
Elovia is an adult-only service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the Service.
By using Elovia, you confirm that:
You are 18 years of age or older;
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
You are legally permitted to use the Service where you live;
You have not been prohibited from using Elovia under applicable law.
You must provide accurate age information when requested.
Misrepresenting your age, creating an account for a minor, or allowing a person under 18 to access Elovia through your account is prohibited.
Where we reasonably believe that age information may be inaccurate, we may restrict access while we review the account or request reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility.
2. No Access by Minors
People under the age of 18 may not access or use Elovia.
Users must not:
Create an Elovia account on behalf of a minor;
Allow a minor to use an adult's account;
Encourage a minor to join Elovia;
Misrepresent a minor as an adult;
Use Elovia to seek inappropriate contact with minors;
Attempt to groom, exploit, manipulate, or endanger a minor;
Request sexual or exploitative material involving minors;
Facilitate inappropriate interactions between adults and minors.
If we reasonably suspect that an account is being operated by or for someone under 18, we may immediately restrict or suspend the account while the matter is reviewed.
Accounts confirmed to belong to minors may be permanently removed from the Service.

3. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Elovia has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and any activity that sexually exploits or endangers children are strictly prohibited.
Users may not use Elovia to:
Create, upload, distribute, transmit, or store CSAM through the Service;
Request or solicit sexual content involving a minor;
Sexualize or exploit children;
Groom or attempt to groom a minor;
Encourage or facilitate child sexual exploitation;
Exchange information intended to enable sexual exploitation of children;
Direct users to external locations containing CSAM;
Promote, normalize, or facilitate sexual abuse of children.
These restrictions apply to profiles, images, videos, messages, and all other communications or content made available through Elovia.
They also apply to private communications.
Where we identify or receive a credible report of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take immediate action, including removing content, restricting access, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, preserving relevant information, and taking other appropriate safety measures.
Where required by applicable law, suspected illegal child sexual exploitation may be reported to competent authorities or appropriate child-safety organizations.
Attempts to evade child-safety enforcement may result in permanent removal from Elovia.
4. Creating and Protecting Your Account
You may need an account to access certain Elovia features.
When registering, you agree to provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
You must not:
Share or transfer your account to another person;
Sell or rent your account;
Access another person's account without authorization;
Create accounts using another person's identity;
Use automated systems to create accounts;
Create replacement accounts to bypass restrictions or previous bans.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us promptly.
We may temporarily restrict an account where doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the account or investigate suspicious activity.
5. Profile Information and Identity
Elovia allows you to create a personal profile and provide information about yourself.
You are responsible for the information you choose to provide.
Profile information must not be intentionally deceptive in a way that facilitates fraud, impersonation, or harm.
You must not:
Impersonate another person;
Use another person's identity without authorization;
Upload another person's photographs without appropriate permission;
Falsely claim to represent another person or organization;
Create deceptive profiles for scams, fraud, or manipulation.
Elovia may remove or restrict profile information where we reasonably determine that it violates these Terms.
6. Community Conduct
Elovia is intended to provide adults with a space to discover and communicate with other people.
When using the Service, you must treat other users appropriately and comply with applicable law.
You may not use Elovia to:
Threaten or seriously harass another person;
Stalk another person;
Promote or encourage serious violence;
Engage in fraud or scams;
Blackmail or extort another person;
Conduct phishing;
Distribute malicious software;
Send repetitive or abusive spam;
Obtain another person's sensitive information through deception;
Promote unlawful activities;
Interfere with the normal operation of Elovia;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
Circumvent technical, security, or account restrictions.
These rules apply regardless of whether the activity occurs through a public-facing feature or a private communication feature.
7. Content You Provide
You may be able to upload, send, publish, or otherwise provide content through Elovia ("User Content").
User Content may include:
Profile information;
Photographs;
Videos;
Messages;
Biographical information;
Other materials submitted through the Service.
You retain the rights you already hold in your User Content.
By providing User Content through Elovia, you grant Elovia Team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content where reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service.
This license allows us to perform activities such as:
Displaying your profile to other users;
Delivering messages and media to intended recipients;
Storing content on our systems;
Maintaining and securing the Service;
Investigating reported violations;
Enforcing these Terms;
Complying with applicable legal obligations.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the User Content you submit.
The license granted under this section will generally end when the relevant content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention or processing is reasonably necessary for backup, security, legal, fraud-prevention, or enforcement purposes.
8. Restricted Content
You may not submit or distribute content through Elovia that:
Violates applicable law;
Contains or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation;
Contains non-consensual intimate imagery;
Makes credible threats of serious harm;
Encourages serious violence;
Facilitates fraud or identity theft;
Contains malware, phishing material, or malicious code;
Seriously violates another person's privacy;
Infringes another person's intellectual property rights;
Facilitates illegal goods, services, or activities;
Is designed to seriously harass or intimidate another person.
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination.
9. Communication Between Users
Elovia may provide private communication features that allow users to exchange supported forms of content, including text, images, and videos.
You decide whether and how to communicate with another user.
Elovia does not guarantee that:
Another user's identity has been independently verified;
Information another user provides is accurate;
Another user will respond;
Another user's intentions will match your expectations;
Every interaction will be safe or appropriate.
Do not provide passwords, financial credentials, identification documents, home addresses, or other highly sensitive information to people you do not trust.
You remain responsible for decisions you make when interacting with other users.
10. Reporting Safety Concerns
If you encounter behavior or content that may violate these Terms, you may report the relevant account or content through the reporting tools provided within Elovia.
Reports may concern matters such as:
Harassment or threats;
Fraud or scams;
Impersonation;
Fake or deceptive profiles;
Inappropriate content;
Non-consensual intimate imagery;
Suspected underage users;
Child sexual abuse or exploitation;
Other serious safety concerns.
We may review information reasonably necessary to investigate a report.
Submitting knowingly false reports in order to harass, punish, or interfere with another user is prohibited.
11. Blocking Users
Elovia may allow you to block another account.
Blocking is intended to help you control unwanted interactions and may restrict future communications or other interactions between the relevant accounts.
If you believe another user poses an immediate safety risk or has engaged in illegal activity, blocking the user does not prevent you from also submitting a report.
12. How We Enforce These Rules
We may use user reports, technical signals, automated systems, manual review, or a combination of methods to identify potential violations.
Depending on the nature, severity, and circumstances of an issue, Elovia may:
Remove or restrict content;
Limit access to particular features;
Issue warnings;
Temporarily suspend an account;
Permanently terminate an account;
Prevent attempts to evade previous enforcement;
Preserve relevant information where appropriate;
Take other reasonable actions necessary to protect the Service and its users.
Serious safety violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.
Our moderation and safety systems cannot guarantee that every violation or harmful interaction will be detected or prevented. Users remain responsible for their own conduct and the content they provide.
13. Premium Membership and Paid Features
Elovia may provide optional paid services, including premium memberships and individual digital features.
Depending on the offering available to you, paid benefits may include:
Additional profile discovery features;
Enhanced communication features;
Access to certain premium functionality;
Additional visibility or interaction options;
Other benefits displayed within Elovia.
The features included in a particular paid offering will be presented before you complete the purchase.
Purchasing a premium feature does not guarantee that another user will view your profile, communicate with you, match with you, or develop any particular relationship with you.
14. Subscription Plans
Some premium services may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
Before confirming a subscription, you will be shown applicable information regarding the subscription, which may include:
Price;
Billing period;
Included benefits;
Renewal terms;
Other material purchase information.
Recurring subscriptions may automatically renew unless they are canceled in accordance with the terms of the payment platform or payment provider used for the purchase.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the applicable payment provider.
Deleting your Elovia account or uninstalling the application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
If you cancel a subscription, eligible subscription benefits may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
15. Digital Purchases
Elovia may offer digital products, access rights, or other paid functionality.
The applicable price will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.
By confirming a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
Digital products and benefits made available through Elovia are intended for use within the Service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, digital products:
Have no cash value;
Are not bank deposits or financial instruments;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
Cannot be transferred between accounts;
May only be used for their intended purpose within Elovia.
We may change the price or availability of future digital products. Such changes will not retroactively alter a transaction that has already been completed.
16. Access to Paid or Unlockable Content
Certain digital content within Elovia may require payment, a digital entitlement, or another access mechanism before it can be viewed.
Before completing an unlock transaction, you will be shown the applicable purchase or access requirement.
After a successful transaction, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the applicable content through Elovia, subject to these Terms.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or intellectual property rights to you.
You must not:
Circumvent an access or payment mechanism;
Manipulate purchase records;
Exploit technical vulnerabilities to obtain paid content without authorization;
Resell access to unlocked content;
Commercially redistribute unlocked content without authorization;
Use unauthorized tools or software to interfere with digital transactions.
Access obtained through fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized technical methods, or other violations of these Terms may be revoked.
17. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through payment methods made available within the Service, including applicable application marketplaces or authorized payment providers.
Your transaction may therefore also be subject to the terms, billing rules, and privacy practices of the payment provider that processes it.
Elovia may receive transaction-related information necessary to confirm purchases and provide the corresponding digital benefits.
We may take reasonable measures to investigate transactions associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of payment systems.
18. Refunds and Billing Disputes
Refund eligibility may depend on:
The type of purchase;
The payment method used;
The rules of the payment provider;
Applicable consumer protection law.
Where a purchase is processed through Google Play or another independent payment provider, refund requests may be subject to that provider's applicable procedures and policies.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or that a transaction was unauthorized, you should contact the relevant payment provider or contact Elovia support at:
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Trials, Discounts, and Promotions
Elovia may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, trial access, or other promotional benefits.
An offer may be limited based on factors such as:
Eligibility;
Account history;
Region;
Availability period;
Previous participation in a similar promotion.
Additional terms may be presented when a promotion is offered.
Promotional benefits are generally personal to the eligible account and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
If a trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable renewal and billing information will be presented before the subscription is confirmed.
20. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, Elovia Team and its licensors retain their respective rights in the Service and its proprietary materials.
These materials may include:
Software;
Application interfaces;
Graphics;
Visual designs;
Text;
Logos;
Brand elements;
Databases;
Features;
Proprietary technology.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Elovia grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.
Unless permitted by applicable law or authorized by us, you may not:
Copy substantial portions of the Service;
Modify or commercially redistribute the Service;
Sell or sublicense access to Elovia;
Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code;
Remove proprietary notices;
Use Elovia branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
21. Respecting Intellectual Property Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that content you provide through Elovia does not unlawfully infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
If we receive a valid complaint regarding potentially infringing content, we may review the relevant material and take appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
Restricting access to content;
Removing content;
Requesting additional information;
Warning an account holder;
Suspending or terminating accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement.
You should only upload content that you own or are otherwise authorized to use.
22. Temporary Account Restrictions
We may temporarily limit or suspend access to some or all Elovia features when reasonably necessary to:
Investigate a user report;
Review suspected violations;
Address account security concerns;
Investigate suspected fraud;
Verify eligibility information;
Protect another user;
Prevent continuing abuse;
Comply with applicable legal requirements.
The duration of a restriction may depend on the circumstances and information available to us.
A temporary suspension does not guarantee that access will ultimately be restored.
23. Permanent Account Termination
We may permanently terminate an account when we reasonably determine that a serious or repeated violation has occurred.
Conduct that may result in termination includes:
Use of Elovia by an individual under 18;
Child sexual abuse or exploitation;
CSAM-related activity;
Grooming or predatory behavior involving minors;
Serious threats or harassment;
Fraud or scams;
Non-consensual intimate content;
Repeated impersonation or deceptive account activity;
Payment fraud or deliberate manipulation of payment systems;
Attempts to circumvent a previous permanent suspension;
Other serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Particularly serious safety violations may result in termination without prior warning.
Once an account is permanently terminated, your authorization to use that account and access the Service ends.
We may take reasonable measures to prevent users terminated for serious violations from circumventing enforcement through replacement accounts.
24. Closing Your Account
You may choose to stop using Elovia and request deletion of your account.
Where available, account deletion may be initiated through the relevant account settings. You may also contact:
Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an active recurring subscription purchased through an application marketplace or other payment provider.
You remain responsible for separately managing and canceling recurring subscriptions through the provider used to purchase them.
Personal information associated with a deleted account will be handled in accordance with the Elovia Privacy Policy, including applicable retention requirements.
25. Changes to Features and Availability
We may modify, introduce, replace, or discontinue features as Elovia develops.
Changes may be made for reasons including:
Product improvements;
Security;
Technical requirements;
User safety;
Legal or regulatory requirements;
Service maintenance;
Development of new functionality.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Where changes materially affect an existing paid service, we will act in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
26. Service Interruptions
We aim to maintain reliable access to Elovia, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable or limited because of:
Maintenance;
Application updates;
Infrastructure issues;
Network failures;
Security incidents;
Third-party service disruptions;
Events outside our reasonable control.
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to maintain the security, integrity, or stability of Elovia.
27. Interacting With Other Users
Elovia provides a platform that allows adults to discover and communicate with other users.
We do not control the conduct, intentions, or statements of individual users. You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to communicate with another person.
When interacting with others, you should exercise reasonable judgment and take appropriate precautions.
You should not provide sensitive information such as:
Passwords or account credentials;
Banking or payment information;
Government identification documents;
Other confidential information that could expose you to fraud or identity theft.
If another user asks you for money, financial credentials, or other sensitive information, consider ending the interaction and using Elovia's reporting or blocking features where appropriate.
28. Offline Meetings and Personal Safety
If you decide to meet another Elovia user outside the Service, that decision is your responsibility.
Before meeting someone in person, reasonable safety precautions may include:
Meeting in a public location;
Telling a trusted person where you are going;
Maintaining control over your own transportation;
Avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive personal information;
Ending the meeting if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Elovia does not organize, supervise, or control private meetings between users unless a particular feature expressly states otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elovia Team is not responsible for conduct occurring outside the Service.
29. No Guarantee of Social or Relationship Outcomes
Elovia provides tools designed to facilitate discovery and communication between adults.
However, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome from your use of the Service.
For example, we do not guarantee:
A particular number of profile views;
Likes or matches;
Messages or responses;
Compatibility with another user;
That another user's information is complete or accurate;
That an interaction will result in friendship, dating, or another relationship.
The purchase of premium features, subscriptions, or digital content does not guarantee increased interactions or any particular social or relationship result.
30. Service Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elovia is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always:
Operate without interruption;
Be completely free from technical errors;
Meet every user's expectations;
Detect every violation or harmful interaction;
Prevent all unauthorized access or security incidents;
Remain compatible with every device or operating system.
We also do not independently guarantee the accuracy, identity, intentions, or behavior of every user.
To the extent permitted by law, Elovia Team disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elovia Team and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
This may include losses associated with:
Service interruptions;
Loss of data;
Unauthorized account access;
User Content;
Communications with other users;
Conduct of other users;
Decisions based on information provided by another user;
Loss of profits or business opportunities.
Where applicable law permits a monetary limitation of liability, the total aggregate liability of Elovia Team arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
The total amount you paid through Elovia during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
USD $100.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32. Your Responsibility for Claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elovia Team and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your User Content;
Your unlawful use of Elovia;
Your infringement of another person's rights;
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.
This section does not require indemnification where such an obligation would be prohibited by applicable law.
33. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Elovia may rely on or interact with independent third-party services, including application marketplaces, payment providers, infrastructure services, and other technology providers.
Your use of those third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
For example, purchases processed through Google Play may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and billing policies.
Elovia Team is not responsible for the independent operation or practices of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
34. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes involving:
Elovia features or functionality;
Safety standards;
Payment functionality;
Business operations;
Technical requirements;
Applicable laws or regulations.
When these Terms are updated, the Effective Date will be revised.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
Your continued use of Elovia after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should discontinue use of Elovia.
35. Applicable Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with laws applicable to the operation of the Service, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of Elovia will be handled by a court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.
If the provision cannot be made enforceable, it will be treated as severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
37. No Waiver
If Elovia Team does not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver of one provision or violation does not constitute a waiver of another provision or future violation.
38. Transfer of These Terms
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior permission.
Elovia Team may transfer or assign its rights and obligations where reasonably necessary in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, transfer of the Service, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Elovia Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of Elovia.
They supersede prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter.
40. Provisions That Continue After Termination
Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after you stop using Elovia or your account is terminated where their nature requires them to survive.
These may include provisions relating to:
Intellectual property;
User Content;
Outstanding payment obligations;
Disclaimers;
Limitation of liability;
Indemnification;
Disputes and legal rights.
