Welcome to Litpure!
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Litpure Team (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", the "Company", "Android App" or "Service Provider") and individuals who use the Litpure Android Application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and its affiliated services (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user"). These Terms govern your use of the Litpure Android App for interacting with other users and accessing all related online services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By tapping the "Register" button on the registration page of the Litpure Android App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this document, and consent to complete the registration process for Litpure.
If you do not agree to any clause of these Terms, please do not tap the "Register" button. Tapping this button will bind you to these terms, regardless of whether you finish the registration process or purchase any Services. Litpure reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon being published in the App (via in-app notifications) or on our official website, and such publication shall be deemed as adequate notice to you. Your continued use of the Services after the revision shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. User Eligibility Criteria
By registering a Litpure account through the Android App, you declare and guarantee (and confirm that Litpure relies on these declarations to comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies and applicable laws) the following:
- You are at least 18 years old, fully complying with Google Play’s Minor Protection Policies and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Litpure has adopted mandatory age verification measures, including Google Account age verification and date of birth validation during registration, to prevent minors from accessing the App.
- You are not restricted from using the Services by the laws of the United States, your country of residence, or any other applicable jurisdictions—including being banned from the Google Play platform or violating Google Play’s Developer Program Policies.
- You will abide by these Terms, all relevant local, state, national and international laws, regulations and rules, as well as Google Play’s Content Policies, Developer Program Policies and Data Safety Requirements.
- You have never been convicted of a felony, serious offense, sexual crime or any violent crime, and you are not required to register as a sex offender (in line with Google Play’s user safety policies).
User registration shall be invalid in jurisdictions where it is prohibited. Using the Litpure Android App means that you have the legal right, authority and capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms. All registration information must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false, inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to immediate account suspension or deactivation until proper verification is completed (in accordance with Google Play’s Account Integrity Policies). You are not allowed to authorize third parties to use your account, share your login credentials, or transfer your account to others. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and all activities conducted under your account. All transactions or operations performed using valid login credentials of the Android App shall be regarded as legal and binding on you.
- Account Terms and Account Termination
•
- Account Registration
You can create a Litpure account by manual registration in the Android App or by logging in with your Google Account (hereinafter referred to as "Third-Party Account"). Using a Google Account means that you explicitly authorize Litpure to access, display and use limited information from that account (such as your name, email address, profile photo) as specified in our Privacy Policy—all in compliance with Google Play’s Data Safety Requirements and Google’s API Terms of Service.
2.2 Account Deactivation
- By you: You can terminate your user status at any time by sending a written request to nuonlineacademy@gmail.com.com or using the "Delete Account" function in the App (located in Settings > Account & Security), which will trigger data deletion in compliance with Google Play’s Data Deletion Requirements.
- By us: Litpure may terminate or suspend your user status immediately (with a notice sent to your registered email) for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) violation of these Terms or Google Play’s policies; (ii) fraudulent or illegal activities; (iii) receiving credible reports of harm to other users; or (iv) account inactivity for more than 180 consecutive days.
2.3 Refund Policy (in Compliance with Google Play Refund Policies)
- If Litpure terminates your user status without reasonable cause, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused paid services. Refunds will be processed through the official Google Play refund system within 7 to 14 working days.
- No refunds will be granted if your user status is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, Google Play’s policies, or your own request (except as required by mandatory laws or Google Play’s 48-hour refund window for accidental purchases).
- Paid services (including subscriptions) are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise, or as required by Google Play’s Mandatory Refund Rules (such as defective services or unauthorized charges).
These Terms shall remain in effect after account termination, including but not limited to clauses related to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability and data retention.
3. Subscription Terms (in Compliance with Google Play Subscription Policies)
If you purchase a subscription to unlock premium Services:
- Recurring payment: The payment will be deducted from your Google Play account once the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Renewal deduction: Your Google Play account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will receive a reminder notification via Google Play and the App at least 72 hours before the renewal.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play account settings: Open Google Play > Tap your profile icon > "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" > Select Litpure > "Cancel subscription". No partial refunds will be provided for canceled subscriptions, but you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
- Free trial: If a free trial is provided, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically switch to a paid plan, and the applicable fee will be deducted from your Google Play account.
